This is designed for the individual who would like insight on underlying imbalances in their body that might be holding them back from reaching their health goals.

  • $240 For 3 sessions

    This package includes three 55 min 1:1 Personal Training sessions. This is perfect for an individual who would like to become more comfortable in a gym setting. Want to learn the compound lifts? How to use machines? The best exercises to help you work towards your goals? These three sessions together can be a great starting point.

    This package is for new clients only, one package per client.

  • $115 for each session

  • $135 for each session

  • $475 for 5 sessions

  • $900 for 10 sessions

  • 15 for $1320

  • $25 each class
